Yan Liang Lin, known as Jack.

Jack is a licensed NSW builder based in Eastwood, with more than 30 years in the building industry. The business operates as Jack Building & Tiling Service and now concentrates on residential bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovations across Sydney.

For more than 30 years, much of Jack’s work has come through referrals and repeat customers, with homeowners recommending him to friends, family and neighbours. That word-of-mouth history remains at the centre of the business as Jack now makes it easier for new customers across Sydney to find and enquire about his work online.

The way of working is straightforward. Jack looks at the space, explains what is involved and what it will take, prices the job and oversees the renovation through to handover. Licensed plumbing and electrical trades are coordinated as part of the project.
